How to auto-dial your CRM's call list
Clicking your CRM's click-to-call button one number at a time, then waiting through rings and voicemail, eats your day. LotLink Dialer does the clicking and rings your cell only when someone answers.
What you need
- A Windows PC.
- A CRM whose click-to-call can ring a phone number you choose.
- LotLink Dialer, which comes with your own LotLink phone number.
Works with any CRM whose click-to-call can ring a phone number you choose. You map your clicks once during setup, and the Dialer does the rest.
How it works
- Copy the numbers you need to call and paste them into LotLink Dialer.
- The Dialer clicks your CRM's click-to-call button for one number after another, the same clicks you'd make, so every call shows in your CRM.
- The moment a real voice comes on the line, your cell rings and you're talking to the customer.
Setting it up
- Install LotLink Dialer and enter your license key.
- In your CRM's click-to-call settings, add your LotLink number as the number to ring.
- Open your CRM's call list. In the Dialer, use Set up clicks to map each spot, like the search box, the customer's phone number and the click-to-call button: hover over it and press F2.
- Paste your numbers and press Start.
Pricing
