What do I need to use it?+
A Windows PC and an eLeads login with ClickToCall. LotLink Dialer is a Windows program; it doesn't run on a Mac or phone.
How does it work with eLeads?+
It clicks through ClickToCall for you, one number after another, the same clicks you'd make by hand. Every call shows in eLeads like any ClickToCall, and your cell rings the moment someone answers.
What is the LotLink number?+
Your own phone number that comes with the Dialer. You add it to eLeads once, under ClickToCall → Add / Remove Numbers, and it stays yours as long as you're subscribed.
How many minutes are included?+
1,000 minutes a month, as fair use. Your Dialer page shows how many you've used this month.
Is there a free trial?+
No. The Dialer is billed monthly from day one: $24/month with a LotLink site, or $44/month on its own. The 5-day free trial is for the website.
How do I cancel?+
Anytime, from the Dialer tab on your dashboard. Cancelling the Dialer doesn't affect your LotLink site. If you come back within 10 days of it ending, you keep the same number.
